Requirements:
Candidates must have 10+ years of industry experience in hardware security, hardware–software co-design, or related fields.

Strong programming skills in Rust and/or C/C++, along with proficiency in Python, are necessary.
The ability to collaborate across teams, architect secure solutions, and troubleshoot complex production systems is essential.
A proactive, ownership-driven mindset with a focus on end-to-end problem solving and innovation is expected.
Excellent analytical and communication skills for cross-functional technical collaboration are required.
An advanced degree in Computer Architecture, Electrical Engineering, or a related field is a nice to have.
Experience with HPC, low-precision computing, and SIMD architectures is also a plus.
Familiarity with emerging trusted execution environments and hardware security trends is desirable.
