The role is for a Head of AI Agent / Staff ML Engineer, which is a fast-paced position with extensive growth potential.
The candidate will lead the core ML team, ship products, and work closely with leadership, partners, and customers to architect the AI roadmap.
Responsibilities include building ML products, solving challenges in recruiting, shaping the technical MLOps stack, writing production-ready code, and being hands-on with tasks.
Requirements:
A Master's degree or equivalent domain experience in ML and at least 4 years of work experience building ML systems that directly power customer experiences.
A deep understanding of the rapidly evolving AI landscape and the ability to architect AI and product vision.
Extensive experience in building complex machine learning systems.
The ability to take high-level goals and achieve shippable solutions.
A strong product sense is essential.
Benefits:
The salary range for this position is $150,000 to $200,000+ in the US.
The position is eligible for significant equity.
