Requirements:
The candidate must have 6-10+ years of engineering experience with the LAMP stack, including PHP 8+ (Laravel framework), MySQL, Linux, and AWS.
Proven experience in leading and scaling technology teams in a fast-paced environment, ideally similar to a startup, is required.
Demonstrated experience in integrating AI and ML capabilities into SaaS products is essential.
Experience with Python, Node, React, Angular, and Jquery is a plus but not mandatory.
Familiarity with healthcare or fintech is advantageous.
A deep understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines is necessary.
The candidate should have a solid understanding of web application architecture, microservices, and cloud-based solutions.
Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes is required.
Strong understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and experience leading agile teams is essential.
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work effectively across teams, including Product, DevOps, and QA, are necessary.
