Responsibilities include supporting business fleets in North America, EMEA, APAC, and Japan, enhancing Proof of Concept (POC) success rates, and providing market insights into global new economy industries.
The position requires advising customers on architectures and strategies for utilizing TiDB effectively, as well as developing partnerships with cloud vendors.
The candidate will establish industry influence through technology sharing and disseminating best practices in distributed database technology.
A strong understanding of solutions innovation and experience with large accounts and architecture teams is essential.
Requirements:
Candidates should have 8+ years of professional experience and mastery in at least one database technology stack, with a broad understanding of data technology and familiarity with mainstream data products.
Expertise in diverse industry business and technology, with a comprehensive understanding of industry scenarios and SaaS business models is required.
Proficiency in scenario abstraction and aligning with data architecture, along with a proven track record of industry influence and guiding solution design is necessary.
Demonstrated experience in selling databases and deploying applications with leading cloud providers such as AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure is essential.
Outstanding communication and program presentation skills are required, along with a strong sense of curiosity and a continuous learning mindset in databases and emerging technologies.
A minimum of 5 years of management experience in technical, enterprise customer-facing roles is required.
