Requirements:

  • Candidates should have one to two years of experience working with healthcare data, including claims, EHRs, or public health datasets.
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis and software tools such as SAS, R, SPSS, Python, or SQL is essential.
  • Experience in data collection, cleaning, and management practices is required to ensure data integrity.
  • A basic understanding of healthcare systems, terminology, and data sources is necessary.
  • Technical proficiency in database management software and understanding of data structures is expected.
  • Strong analytical thinking skills to interpret complex data sets and identify critical insights are required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for report preparation and presentations to non-technical audiences are essential.
