The Healthcare Data Analyst will work remotely under the supervision of the Analyst Lead and Technical Lead.
This position involves diverse data analytical tasks in the Client Services and Solutions department.
Key responsibilities include addressing complex data transformation issues, creating data transformation specifications, delivering training and workshops, supporting project team members, and updating stakeholders on project progress.
The role requires adherence to quality procedures throughout project life cycles.
The Healthcare Data Analyst role is a pivotal multi-functional role covering a variety of analytical and implementation tasks within the Client Services and Solutions department, which can include development and testing.
The role requires occasional attendance at the customer site or participation in remote meetings.
Requirements:
Candidates must have experience in back-end healthcare systems, covering at least one of the following: EPR Systems, Laboratory systems, or other NHS/Healthcare Systems.
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in Microsoft T-SQL Querying and writing SQL Queries to analyze data, or similar RDBMS querying languages is required.
Experience as a Data Analyst or Data Migration Specialist, ideally working within Data Migration projects, is necessary.
Candidates should have experience in using the NHS Data Model within the NHS.
Experience in a customer-facing/consultancy role, including the ability to facilitate sessions through MS Teams, is essential.
Strong MS Office skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Copilot are required.
Knowledge of Jira and Microsoft SSIS or equivalent ETL Tools is necessary.
A Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field is required; advanced degrees or certifications in data management or migration are an advantage.
