As an IT Engineer specializing in IAM, you will be responsible for the maintenance, support, development, and management of the IT application infrastructure within Job&Talent.
You will ensure the availability and security of our systems and products, collaborating with external vendors, internal stakeholders, and the wider global team to streamline operating procedures and enhance user experience.
Responsibilities include managing user lifecycle in Okta, maintaining and onboarding application integrations, regularly auditing access, monitoring security alerts, generating reports, and maintaining documentation.
You will administer Jira accounts, monitor system performance, troubleshoot integrations, customize workflows, provide user training, and act as an escalation point for incidents.
Additionally, you will identify and automate repetitive tasks, collaborate with security and compliance teams, support vendor management, track licensing usage, and contribute to disaster recovery plans.
Keeping internal stakeholders informed of system updates and planned maintenance is also part of your role.
Requirements:
Strong expertise in Okta IAM and administration is required.
Solid experience in Jira administration and customization is necessary.
Knowledge of security best practices, including RBAC, MFA, auditing, and compliance, is essential.
Proficiency in troubleshooting, problem-solving, and managing integrations is expected.
Strong skills in documentation, training, and cross-team communication are required for this position.
