The position is for a Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) Solution Architect who will lead the design and implementation of enterprise-wide CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and the Power Platform.
The Solution Architect will work closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to define solution architecture that aligns with business strategy and delivers measurable outcomes.
Responsibilities include leading end-to-end solution architecture for Dynamics 365 CE implementations, translating business requirements into scalable solutions, driving business process automation, defining integration patterns, creating technical design documents, guiding development teams, ensuring compliance with best practices, and collaborating with various stakeholders.
The role also involves supporting pre-sales engagements and mentoring junior team members.
Requirements:
Proven experience managing and delivering Dynamics 365 customer engagements, preferably in a consulting or professional services environment.
In-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 is required.
Experience in large-scale or public sector Dynamics 365 implementations is necessary.
Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD for Power Platform is essential.
Familiarity with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and dual-write integration is preferred.
Understanding of TOGAF, ITIL, or other enterprise architecture frameworks is beneficial.
Excellent leadership and team management abilities are required to lead diverse, cross-functional teams effectively.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to build rapport with customers and internal stakeholders.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with a strategic mindset are essential.
Experience with agile methodologies and familiarity with project management tools and software is required.
Relevant Dynamics 365 certifications are highly desirable.
The ability to travel to customer sites as needed is required.
