• The company is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented HubSpot Administrator to manage and optimize their HubSpot platform.
• The role involves building and maintaining responsive HTML email templates and landing pages that align with brand standards and marketing goals.
• The ideal candidate will have technical proficiency in HubSpot, including workflows, CRM management, and reporting, as well as front-end development skills in HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
• Key responsibilities include managing the HubSpot CRM platform, ensuring data accuracy, developing workflows, monitoring platform performance, and training internal users.
• The candidate will also design, build, and test responsive HTML email templates and develop conversion-optimized landing pages within HubSpot.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience working with HubSpot, with Administrator-level experience preferred.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and responsive email design is required.
• Experience in creating and managing HubSpot forms, CTAs, lists, campaigns, and workflows is necessary.
• A strong understanding of marketing automation, CRM data structure, and lead lifecycle management is essential.
• Familiarity with HubSpot CMS and the HubL templating language is a plus.
• A solid understanding of email deliverability best practices and cross-client rendering is required.
• The candidate must have strong attention to detail, organization, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
