At Uni Systems, we are looking for an Information Systems Architect to join our UniQue team.
You will play a pivotal role in shaping the design and architecture of critical information systems for the institution's projects.
Your expertise will directly contribute to the success and stability of their IT ecosystem.
You will be responsible for designing robust and scalable information systems architectures, ensuring they meet business and technical requirements.
You will review and enhance existing system architectures, identifying areas for improvement and aligning them with best practices and future needs.
You will develop key architectural components and building blocks, ensuring consistency and reusability across projects.
You will analyze and facilitate the integration of diverse information systems, fostering seamless interoperability within complex environments.
You will conduct data analysis and data modelling activities.
You will coordinate the implementation of technical architectures, guiding development teams and ensuring adherence to architectural vision and standards.
You will act as the technical liaison between project leaders and development teams, translating business requirements into technical specifications and actionable designs.
You will produce clear, comprehensive software architecture documentation to support project development and maintenance.
You will participate actively in technical working groups, progress meetings, and user discussions, contributing your insights to ensure alignment and stakeholder satisfaction.
You will provide hands-on support during critical phases of testing, analysis, technical documentation, deployment, evaluation, and reporting, ensuring quality and performance standards are met.
Requirements:
A Master’s degree and a minimum of 13 years of relevant professional experience is required. (In absence of formal studies, 2 years of professional experience equates to 1 year of education.)
At least 2 years of experience in the architecture and design of information systems is necessary.
A minimum of 2 years of hands-on development experience in information systems is required.
Proven experience of 2+ years using UML or CASE tools for system modelling and design is essential.
Prior experience in the banking sector is essential, particularly with a focus on resolution activities.
Demonstrated experience in coordinating application development within Agile frameworks, especially in a Product Owner capacity, is required.
Significant involvement in analyzing crisis management processes, ideally within banking environments, is necessary.
Experience with relational databases and web technologies is required.
Excellent knowledge of XML and its application on systems integration is essential.
Knowledge of project management methodology (e.g. Prince, PMI) is considered an advantage.
Knowledge of XBRL is a plus.
Fluency in the English language is required for both oral and written communication.
