We are looking for a talented infrastructure security engineer to join our team and help protect our platform, systems, and user data.
As a Security Engineer, you will be instrumental in identifying vulnerabilities, implementing and improving security controls, and ensuring that security is embedded into our products from the ground up.
You will design and build security-focused infrastructure primitives and integrate them into our existing products and development processes.
You will perform technical security assessments, code audits, and design reviews.
You will lead remediation of prioritized issues across our technology stack.
You will partner with engineering teams to design and deploy solutions which are inherently secure.
You will conduct assessments to identify current and new attack vectors against our products and services.
You will help run penetration testing and our security-related compliance efforts.
You will advocate for security best practices throughout the organization.
Requirements:
You must have 5+ years of experience building software with at least 2 years focused on platform, infrastructure, and/or security.
You should have a strong understanding of web application security, cloud security (GCP preferred), and secure coding practices.
Proficiency in at least one general purpose programming language is required, with TypeScript experience preferred.
You must have experience with authentication and authorization systems.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary, with demonstrated experience collaborating across functions.
You should have a desire to work in a fast-paced environment, continuously grow, and master your craft.
