The role includes improving the observability stack with tools such as Sentry, Prometheus, Grafana, and Alert Manager for real-time monitoring.

Requirements:
You must have 5+ years of hands-on experience managing cloud infrastructure and automation.
Experience in achieving SOC2 Type II, ISO 27001, or similar certifications is required.
Proficiency in Node.js or Python for backend services in a microservices architecture is necessary.
You should have 3+ years of experience with cloud providers, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
A minimum of 3 years of experience managing Kubernetes clusters in production environments is essential.
Knowledge of asynchronous processing, message queues (e.g., Kafka, Pub/Sub), and event-driven architecture for backend applications is required.
A focus on the internal engineer team’s success is important.
Benefits:
The salary for this position ranges from $160,000 to $180,000 a year, with final offers determined by factors such as location, experience, and expertise.
