  • The role involves collaborating with a leading full-service website management agency that provides tailored solutions for website maintenance and development.
  • The developer will build, enhance, and maintain WordPress websites, ensuring seamless performance and functionality for U.S.-based clients.
  • Key responsibilities include developing and implementing new features for WordPress websites, maintaining and updating sites, monitoring and optimizing website performance, participating in testing activities, collaborating with the team, and communicating with clients to understand their requirements.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must have 3+ years of experience in CMS development, specifically with WordPress.
  • A minimum of 3 years of commercial PHP development experience, particularly with PHP7, is required.
  • Applicants should have 3+ years of experience with HTML5/CSS3 and at least 2 years with JavaScript.
  • A minimum of 1 year of SQL experience with strong knowledge of MySQL and database management is necessary.
  • Proficiency with Git and GitFlow is required.
  • An intermediate+ level of English is essential for effective communication.
  • Candidates should demonstrate proactivity, motivation, and a result-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills for team collaboration and client interaction are necessary.
  • Discipline, patience, and the ability to deliver high-quality work on time are important.
  • The ability to manage tasks independently while ensuring clear visibility for the team is required.
  • Desirable skills include experience with Gutenberg blocks and Elementor, as well as familiarity with key WordPress plugins and practices such as caching, security, and e-commerce.
