  • We are seeking an experienced and proactive Software Engineer with strong PHP and React.js skills to join our team.
  • The role involves developing a new subproduct within our client’s portfolio, specifically a robust human capital management solution that streamlines HR processes, enhances employee engagement, and simplifies payroll.
  • You will contribute to a long-term project that improves payroll and HR experiences for thousands of users.
  • Responsibilities include building and refining mobile features with Swift and PHP, working on real-world functionality for a widely used payroll platform.
  • You will help develop and maintain mobile components of the payroll platform, collaborating with the team to deliver high-quality solutions.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must have 3+ years of commercial development experience with Swift and PHP.
  • Experience integrating with REST APIs and backend services is required.
  • Familiarity with mobile app architecture and lifecycle is necessary.
  • Hands-on experience with version control systems, specifically Git, is essential.
  • Familiarity with unit testing and maintaining code quality is expected.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are required.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills are necessary.
  • An upper-intermediate level of English is required.
  • Candidates should demonstrate proactivity, motivation, autonomy, and accountability.
  • Desirable qualifications include familiarity with payroll or HR system development, CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and cloud services (AWS), as well as experience collaborating in distributed teams with English-speaking stakeholders.
