Dev.Pro is seeking an experienced and proactive Software Engineer with strong PHP and React.js skills.
The role involves developing a new subproduct within the client’s portfolio, specifically a human capital management solution that streamlines HR processes, enhances employee engagement, and simplifies payroll.
The position requires building and refining mobile features using Swift and PHP for a widely used payroll platform.
Responsibilities include building, maintaining, and enhancing mobile features, ensuring successful integration with backend services via REST APIs, writing high-quality maintainable code, collaborating with team members, and participating in code reviews.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 3+ years of commercial development experience with Swift and PHP.
Experience integrating with REST APIs and backend services is required.
Familiarity with mobile app architecture and lifecycle is necessary.
Hands-on experience with version control systems, specifically Git, is essential.
Familiarity with unit testing and maintaining code quality is expected.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are required.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills are necessary.
An upper-intermediate level of English is required.
Candidates should demonstrate proactivity, motivation, autonomy, and accountability.
Desirable qualifications include familiarity with payroll or HR system development, CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, cloud services (AWS), and experience collaborating in distributed teams with English-speaking stakeholders.
