Description:

  • We are seeking an experienced and proactive Software Engineer with strong PHP and React.js skills to join our team.
  • The role involves developing a new subproduct within our client’s portfolio, specifically a robust human capital management solution that streamlines HR processes, enhances employee engagement, and simplifies payroll.
  • You will contribute to a long-term project that improves payroll and HR experiences for thousands of users.
  • Responsibilities include building and refining features using PHP and React.js, as well as maintaining and enhancing a widely used payroll platform.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must have 3+ years of commercial development experience with PHP and React.js.
  • Experience with MySQL and MongoDB is required.
  • Hands-on experience with AWS and knowledge of cloud best practices is necessary.
  • A solid understanding of REST APIs and web application architecture is essential.
  • Experience with version control systems, specifically Git, is required.
  • Candidates should have experience writing unit tests and maintaining code quality.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are necessary.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills are required.
  • An upper-intermediate level of English is mandatory.
  • Candidates should demonstrate proactivity, motivation, autonomy, and accountability.
  • Familiarity with payroll or HR system development is desirable.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployments (Docker) is a plus.
  • Experience collaborating in distributed teams with English-speaking stakeholders is also desirable.
