We are seeking an experienced and proactive Software Engineer with strong PHP and React.js skills to join our team.
The role involves developing a new subproduct within our clientβs portfolio, specifically a robust human capital management solution that streamlines HR processes, enhances employee engagement, and simplifies payroll.
You will contribute to a long-term project that improves payroll and HR experiences for thousands of users.
Responsibilities include building and refining features using PHP and React.js, as well as maintaining and enhancing a widely used payroll platform.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 3+ years of commercial development experience with PHP and React.js.
Experience with MySQL and MongoDB is required.
Hands-on experience with AWS and knowledge of cloud best practices is necessary.
A solid understanding of REST APIs and web application architecture is essential.
Experience with version control systems, specifically Git, is required.
Candidates should have experience writing unit tests and maintaining code quality.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are necessary.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills are required.
An upper-intermediate level of English is mandatory.
Candidates should demonstrate proactivity, motivation, autonomy, and accountability.
Familiarity with payroll or HR system development is desirable.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployments (Docker) is a plus.
Experience collaborating in distributed teams with English-speaking stakeholders is also desirable.
