Requirements:

• You must have 5+ years of professional experience in iOS development.
• Expertise in Swift and the iOS SDK is required.
• A strong understanding of architectural patterns (MVVM, Clean Architecture) is necessary.
• Practical knowledge of design patterns and their application is essential.
• Experience with Git workflows (e.g., GitFlow) is required.
• Proficiency in reactive programming (Combine) is necessary.
• A solid grasp of multithreading concepts is required.
• Hands-on experience with UIKit and SwiftUI is essential.
• Knowledge of testing methodologies (unit, UI, and integration testing) is required.
• Experience with CoreData or Realm for database management is necessary.
• A strong background in networking (REST APIs, socket programming) is required.
• Familiarity with dependency managers (SPM, CocoaPods, Carthage) is essential.
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Fastlane, Bitrise) is required.
• Skilled in implementing UI/UX best practices for mobile applications is necessary.
• Experience in a product company, Tech Lead experience, and experience with a structured skill development roadmap would be a plus.
