The iOS Software Engineer will be a key member of the iOS Chapter, collaborating with other software engineers to deliver robust solutions in the smart mobility ecosystem.
The role involves defining future connected services for one of the largest OEMs, allowing engineers to see the results of their work in real-world applications.
Daily responsibilities include developing native iOS applications used by thousands, leveraging technical expertise throughout the app development lifecycle, and tackling complex technical problems in the electric car landscape.
The engineer will stay updated with new technologies and methodologies, and collaborate with agile cross-functional teams.
Requirements:
A BSc. and/or MSc in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, or a related field is required.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in developing and delivering production-grade native iOS applications is necessary.
Proficiency in Swift and SwiftUI is essential.
Familiarity with iOS design principles, best practices, and design patterns is required.
A good understanding of modern architectural approaches such as MVVM and MVVM-C is needed.
Previous experience with consuming RESTful APIs and other back-end services is required.
A deep understanding of iOS Operating Systems and their limitations across different hardware and software versions is necessary.
Experience with unit testing is required.
Fluency in English is a must due to the multinational nature of the company.
