In this leadership role, you will oversee a multidisciplinary engineering team focused on building and supporting scalable solutions on Salesforce Health Cloud and Data Cloud.

You will collaborate with product stakeholders, join discovery sessions, and communicate technical feasibility clearly.
You will oversee documentation, peer reviews, code quality, and adherence to deployment processes using tools like Copado.
You will provide technical leadership for all release activities, from readiness reviews to deployment and production support.
You will coordinate functional and automated testing with QA teams and assist in user acceptance testing (UAT).
You will contribute to technical strategy, product roadmaps, and engineering reports while championing continuous improvement.
You will participate in architecture reviews and code reviews to ensure alignment with industry standards and platform innovation.
Requirements:
A minimum of 7 years of software development experience is required, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
Extensive experience with Salesforce Service Cloud or Health Cloud is necessary, including advanced configuration and coding.
A strong understanding of microservice architecture, relational databases, APIs, and scalable solution design is required.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Agile development, and tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Copado is essential.
Required Salesforce certifications include Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, and Data or Application Architect.
Additional Salesforce certifications (Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud) are preferred, along with a strategic mindset and proven mentoring skills.
