The company is seeking an IT Support Engineer II to join its global IT Team in the New York City office.
The role involves providing IT support to StubHub teams in person, through technology support tools, and via a ticketing system.
Responsibilities include leveraging Azure Automation to streamline request handling, maintaining IT equipment inventory, supporting the transition from on-premise to Azure, and assisting with IT systems onboarding/offboarding.
The engineer will keep the corporate environment updated for security, administer productivity and collaboration tools, and work collaboratively on projects to improve procedures and processes.
The position requires proactive identification and implementation of innovative solutions to enhance IT support services and ensure operational efficiency.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 3+ years of experience providing IT support to a company with multiple office branches.
A solid understanding of Active Directory, Office365, Exchange Online, Zoom, Slack, Jira Cloud, and SharePoint Online is required.
Experience working with a ticketing platform, specifically Jira Service Management, is necessary.
Intermediate-level experience with Microsoft Azure, including Azure AD, PIM, VMs, and WVD, is expected.
Candidates should have experience deploying machines with automation tools and basic automation/scripting experience, preferably using Windows PowerShell.
A basic understanding of networking concepts, including subnets and VLANs, is required, with prior experience managing switches and wireless area networks being a plus.
Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential for this role.
