The IT System Administrator will work the US shift and play a critical role in ensuring seamless technology operations across a global team.
This position involves supporting cloud-first environments, managing user access and device configurations, and maintaining a secure, well-documented IT infrastructure.
The role requires strong technical troubleshooting skills, a proactive mindset, and a deep understanding of SaaS platforms and identity management systems.
Responsibilities include delivering high-quality support to end-users in a global, cloud-based environment, overseeing service desk operations, and managing SaaS account provisioning and license tracking across 200+ tools.
The administrator will support workstation configuration using MDM tools (Intune, JAMF) and collaborate with cybersecurity and compliance teams on access reviews and reports.
The role also involves administering and troubleshooting identity systems, especially Okta and O365 SSO integrations, and working with application owners to configure SAML, OIDC, SCIM for SSO.
Documentation of processes and maintenance of IT operational procedures for knowledge sharing and continuity is essential.
Candidates should have 3–8 years of experience in corporate IT, with a strong background in identity and SaaS management, and expertise in troubleshooting both Windows and Mac operating systems.
Requirements:
Candidates must have proficiency in Okta, O365, and Single Sign-On (SSO) technologies and protocols (SAML, OIDC, SCIM).
The ability to manage multiple priorities and handle user requests via helpdesk, email, and in-person is required.
Excellent communication, time management, and self-management skills are essential.
A strong understanding of networking, cloud infrastructure, and cybersecurity principles is necessary.
Experience supporting global teams and collaborating across time zones is preferred.
Preferred exposure to compliance frameworks like GDPR, SOC2, ISO 27001, or PCI-DSS is advantageous.
