As a Java AWS Developer, you will bring practical knowledge of agile development methodologies and engineering best practices to contribute to the quality and implementation of software products.
You will work closely with business units, application teams, infrastructure areas, and vendors to identify, review, and evaluate solution requirements.
Your responsibilities will include designing, developing, testing, and deploying full stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, and related technologies.
You will write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while following best practices and coding standards.
You will implement RESTful APIs and integrate with various third-party services.
Setting up, configuring, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins will be part of your role.
You will conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and perform debugging.
Ensuring application security, scalability, and performance will be essential.
You will continuously improve development processes and workflows and contribute to a culture of innovation and collaboration.
Requirements:
You must have 5+ years of development experience using Java in a J2EE environment.
Experience in developing and maintaining microservices using Spring Boot in Java, handling API transactions, and managing the data layer for micro applications is required.
You should have 2+ years of current experience with SQL.
A minimum of 2+ years of current experience handling AWS data is necessary, along with familiarity with other database technologies like Oracle and MySQL.
Experience in setting up, configuring, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines is required.
Knowledge of automated testing frameworks and practices is essential.
Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git, is necessary.
Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.
