  • As a Java AWS Developer, you will bring practical knowledge of agile development methodologies and engineering best practices to contribute to the quality and implementation of software products.
  • You will work closely with business units, application teams, infrastructure areas, and vendors to identify, review, and evaluate solution requirements.
  • Your responsibilities will include designing, developing, testing, and deploying full stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, and related technologies.
  • You will write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while following best practices and coding standards.
  • You will implement RESTful APIs and integrate with various third-party services.
  • Setting up, configuring, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins will be part of your role.
  • You will conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and perform debugging.
  • Ensuring application security, scalability, and performance will be essential.
  • You will continuously improve development processes and workflows and contribute to a culture of innovation and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • You must have 5+ years of development experience using Java in a J2EE environment.
  • Experience in developing and maintaining microservices using Spring Boot in Java, handling API transactions, and managing the data layer for micro applications is required.
  • You should have 2+ years of current experience with SQL.
  • A minimum of 2+ years of current experience handling AWS data is necessary, along with familiarity with other database technologies like Oracle and MySQL.
  • Experience in setting up, configuring, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines is required.
  • Knowledge of automated testing frameworks and practices is essential.
  • Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git, is necessary.
  • Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.
