Description:
- Help train large language models (LLMs) to write production-grade code across various programming languages.
- Compare, rank, and explain code snippets; repair and refactor AI-generated code; inject feedback into the RLHF pipeline.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of professional software engineering experience in Java; constraint programming experience is a bonus.
- Strong code-review instincts to identify logic errors, performance issues, and security vulnerabilities.
- Extreme attention to detail and excellent written communication skills for explaining code choices.
- Ability to read documentation and work well in an asynchronous, low-oversight environment.
Benefits:
- Fully remote work from accepted locations.
- Compensation of $30–$70/hr based on location and seniority, with most projects around $30/hr.
- Minimum of 15 hrs/week, with potential for 40+ hrs/week depending on project availability.
- Engagement as a 1099 independent contractor with weekly payment via PayPal or Stripe.
