A solid foundation in dimensional data modeling and data lake/data warehouse implementations is necessary.
Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams is required.
Excellent proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is necessary for clear communication of complex data concepts.
Demonstrated experience in mentoring and guiding team members is required.
Strong analytical skills to identify and solve complex technical challenges are essential.
Knowledge of data security and privacy regulations, such as HIIPA, is necessary to ensure compliance in data architecture initiatives.
