We are looking for a Senior DevOps with Azure expertise who is 100% proficient in Kubernetes.
This person will be responsible for continuing an implementation that has already started but is still in the initial phase.
The candidate will guide the team and be a reference in Kubernetes for our client.
You will be part of a cross-cultural team working for a large mortgage client in the US.
Advanced/fluent English skills are required to maintain interactions.
Responsibilities include crafting secure, scalable CI/CD pipelines for our Azure cloud environment, implementing infrastructure as code for infrastructure provisioning and management, and automating tasks, testing, and deployments for continuous delivery.
You will create documentation and diagrams of pipeline processes and interactions for the infrastructure team.
The role involves collaborating with developers and ops teams to optimize DevOps processes and refine security practices, troubleshooting and resolving issues in the pipeline and development workflow, and staying ahead of the curve with the latest Azure DevOps features and technologies.
Requirements:
Help the team with thought leadership, standards definitions and enforcement, and training on Kubernetes best practices, administration, and troubleshooting.
Proven experience in designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines is required.
A strong understanding of DevOps principles and best practices is necessary.
Expertise in the Azure DevOps platform (pipelines, repos, boards, etc.) is essential.
Experience with Azure components (compute, storage, networking, monitoring, etc.) is required.
Familiarity with scripting languages (Bash, PowerShell) and infrastructure as code tools is necessary.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills are a must.
A passion for automation and continuous improvement is expected.
Fluent English skills are required.
