CI&T is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mid-Level Fullstack Engineer (Node/React) to join their team in Brazil.
The role involves contributing to an innovative project in a collaborative, innovative, transforming, and multicultural environment.
As a Mid-Level Fullstack Engineer, you will design and develop web applications that enhance customer experiences and drive operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities include developing, testing, and deploying software applications using React and Node.js.
You will collaborate with stakeholders, including UX/UI designers and product managers, to define project requirements and technical solutions.
The position requires maintaining and improving application performance, scalability, and reliability.
You will mentor junior developers and contribute to a culture of learning.
Participation in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices is expected.
You will identify and address technical challenges, troubleshoot issues, and implement effective solutions.
Working closely with the QA team to ensure the delivery of high-quality software through automated testing and continuous integration is also part of the role.
Requirements:
Candidates must have experience in developing high-quality, scalable web applications using React for the front end and Node.js for the back end.
The ability to work closely with other developers and stakeholders to understand requirements, provide technical insights, and contribute to project success is essential.
Proven experience in identifying and addressing technical challenges, along with excellent problem-solving and debugging skills, is required.
Nice-to-have skills include experience with GraphQL, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
