CI&T is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior DevOps Specialist (Salesforce) to join their team in Colombia.
The role involves maintaining and enhancing automated deployment processes within Salesforce environments.
You will collaborate closely with development teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment processes.
The position supports release managers and developers and contributes to training initiatives.
Key responsibilities include maintaining existing automated deployment processes, collaborating with development teams to implement technical platform requirements, providing training and support to development teams, supporting release managers, and developing strategies for error resolution and continuous deployment enhancements.
Requirements:
A deep understanding of Salesforce data and metadata is required.
Experience working with SFDX, Gearset, Flosum, or Copado is essential.
Familiarity with code quality tools such as Salesforce Code Analyzer, Salesforce Graph Engine, PMD, and ESLint is necessary.
Experience with Salesforce Archive and Backup tools like OwnData is a nice-to-have skill.
