• You will collaborate with the team and integrate chatbots with APIs and internal systems.
• Conduct performance and quality testing of chatbots, making adjustments as necessary.
• Participate in planning and project review meetings, contributing to the company's chatbot development strategy.
• Mentor and guide junior and intermediate developers on the team.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in programming languages such as C# (.Net), Node, and Typescript is required.
• Knowledge of chatbot platforms like Microsoft Bot Framework, Dialogflow, or similar is necessary.
• Familiarity with relational databases like PostgreSQL is essential.
• Knowledge of non-relational databases such as AWS DynamoDB and Azure CosmosDB is required.
• Experience in integrating chatbots with artificial intelligence and machine learning services is needed.
• Skills in working with RESTful and SOAP APIs are mandatory.
• A solid understanding of agile development methodologies is required.
• The ability to work in a team and strong interpersonal communication skills are essential.
• A portfolio demonstrating relevant previous experiences will be a plus.
• Advanced English is mandatory, and Spanish is desirable.
