• We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer specializing in Node.js and React to join us in Colombia.
• In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both frontend and backend development, focusing on creating seamless and intuitive user interfaces.
• Responsibilities include the development of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable web applications using React for the front end and Node.js for the back end.
• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers and product managers, to deliver feature-rich and user-friendly solutions.
• You will work closely with other developers and stakeholders to understand requirements, provide technical insights, and contribute to the overall success of the projects.
• Participation in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices is expected.
• You will stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in web development and proactively apply this knowledge to enhance our technology stack.
• Identifying and addressing technical challenges, troubleshooting issues, and implementing effective solutions will be part of your responsibilities.
• Collaboration with the QA team to ensure the delivery of high-quality software through automated testing and continuous integration is required.

Requirements:

• Advanced English proficiency is required for effective communication in international and multicultural environments.
• Proven experience as a Fullstack Developer with expertise in React, Typescript, and Node.js is necessary.
• Experience with GraphQL and Next.js is desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills are essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• The ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment is necessary.
