  • As a Senior Software Developer, you will implement migration strategies that modernize clients' applications using .NET technologies and the MERN stack.

  • You will guide mid-level and junior developers through mentorship and code reviews to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Key responsibilities include implementing migration strategies, overseeing migration plan implementation, mentoring developers, conducting code reviews, staying informed with industry trends, and leveraging Gen AI for efficient code translation.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required; a Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Extensive professional experience in application development using .NET technologies and/or the MERN stack is necessary.
  • Proven experience in application migration projects with familiarity in cloud services is required.
  • Advanced knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization is essential.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills are necessary for this position.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities are required.
