Zipdev is looking for a Jr/Mid Fullstack Developer with React experience to join their remote team initially for a 6-month contract.
The ideal candidate should be a music lover and musician with a passion for technology, having been in a band or around music their entire life.
Candidates should possess an outgoing personality and be self-starters who are willing to dive into unfamiliar areas.
The candidate must have several years of experience working in SCRUM and as part of a pod, with familiarity in time-estimating tasks and understanding Epics, Stories, and Tasks.
Understanding Kanban and Scrumban, and working closely with a Product Manager, Product Owner, and Technology lead is critical.
The ability to multi-task and work on multiple projects simultaneously is essential, along with a strong sense of time management and attention to deadlines.
Candidates must be able to discuss their past development projects, their problem-solving approach, and their involvement with Scrum methodologies.
A strong understanding of Product Roadmap and examples of working on projects with deadlines is required.
The candidate should be comfortable working in a peer-to-peer development environment, including code reviews and pushing to development, staging, and production environments.
A background in using Jira, Tempo, Mixpanel, GTM, and messaging tools is necessary.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 3+ years of professional experience as a Fullstack or Frontend Developer.
Strong proficiency in React, including hooks, context, and component architecture is required.
Experience with C# and .NET is necessary.
Candidates should have experience working on production web applications, including deployment, debugging, and performance.
Familiarity with modern frontend tooling, especially Vite, is required.
A basic understanding of backend systems and the ability to collaborate across the stack is necessary.
Candidates must be comfortable working with version control (e.g., Git) and CI/CD workflows.
Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset are essential.
