Remote Junior AI Data Annotator (German Speaker | Remote | Short-Term Project)

Description:

• Intetics Inc. is seeking a Junior AI Data Annotator to join its innovative team.
• This position is a short-term, remote project focused on improving an AI-powered job matching system.
• The role involves analyzing and labeling search results, requiring German language skills and attention to detail.
• Responsibilities include reviewing real user job search queries and assessing the relevance of AI-generated job postings.
• Annotators will label results for clarity and accuracy, following clear rubrics provided by the client.
• Basic quality checks such as double-checking, JSON validation, and flagging unclear cases are part of the job.
• Work will be conducted inside secure tools, including VPN and browser-based platforms.
• Communication with the client’s team will be in German, with meetings conducted in English.
• Annotators will track updates using a Git-based system, with assistance provided for those unfamiliar with it.
• The goal is to deliver around 20–30 workdays worth of annotations by the end of Q3 2025.

Requirements:

• Candidates should have 0–12 months of experience in roles such as Junior Recruiter, HR Assistant, Administrative Support, Researcher, Content Moderator, Junior Analyst, Customer Support, or AI Data Annotator.
• Proficiency in German (C1+) and a basic understanding of English are required.
• Applicants must be detail-oriented, able to follow detailed instructions, and enjoy structured tasks.
• The ability to work remotely and securely on Windows or macOS is necessary.
