Description:

  • The Junior Application Administrator will check, execute, solve (where appropriate), and create tickets (problem ticket, change management ticket, incident, delivery order (DO)) to maintain service to customers according to given quality KPIs.
  • This role involves functional steering of the whole service chain for small to medium applications/services.
  • The administrator will independently execute standard tickets to provide service according to KPIs and will be responsible for service asset- and configuration management.
  • The position supports project and other deliverables to fulfill KPIs and management requests, ensuring 24/7 operational support as part of the monitoring team.
  • Responsibilities include being the operative interface between Service Delivery Management, Customer, Development, Vendors, and other delivery units.
  • The role requires planning, controlling, and being responsible for complete application-based request fulfillment.
  • The administrator will manage incident, problem, change, escalation management, and operational documentation.
  • The position also involves handling customer-driven and/or technical changes during the service lifecycle and performing 1st/2nd level support tasks.

Requirements:

  • Candidates must have secondary education.
  • Knowledge of IT/PC literacy at an intermediate level is required.
  • A basic understanding of hardware/software is necessary.
  • The ideal candidate should be communicative, a team player, and possess analytical thinking skills.
  • Proficiency in English at an upper-intermediate level (B2) is required, while knowledge of German is an advantage.
