Key responsibilities include organizing, cleaning, and maintaining large datasets in Excel/Google Sheets, sorting and managing leads for reporting and analysis, generating simple data insights for internal stakeholders, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across reports, and working independently to meet deadlines with high attention to detail.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 1-2+ years of experience in a data analysis, reporting, or operations role.
Experience in a similar role within a SaaS/AI environment is preferred.
Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, including formulas, sorting, filtering, and pivot tables, is required.
Candidates should be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Comfort with working with data on a daily basis is necessary.
The ability to work independently in a fully remote setup (US Timezone) is essential.
It is a plus to have experience cleaning up leads in Excel.

The salary for this position ranges from $500 to $600 per month, depending on experience.
