• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge on internal policies, procedures, and analytics practices is essential.
• Collaboration with team members to meet and exceed established goals, including scheduling and facilitating meetings, is expected.

Requirements:

• A High School diploma or GED with 2+ years of administrative support experience, or equivalent education/experience is required.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, R Studio, and SQL is necessary.
• Experience working with both structured and unstructured data sources is required.
• Strong organizational, analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are needed, with the ability to explain risks, analysis, and technical concepts clearly.
• Candidates must be highly motivated with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tasks.
• The ability to build strong collaborative relationships with technical and business teams is important.
