Remote Junior Full Stack Engineer

Description:

• We are looking for a Junior Full Stack Engineer who is excited to work across early-stage startups, experiments, and digital ventures.
• This is a highly collaborative role in a fast-paced venture studio environment, ideal for someone who enjoys building products from scratch, jumping into new stacks, and iterating quickly based on feedback.
• You will build web applications from the ground up and play a critical support role by handling customer-facing bugs and serving as a first responder during off-hours emergencies.
• This position is perfect for a self-starter who thrives in ambiguity, loves learning new tools, and wants to help launch 0-to-1 products.

Requirements:

• Candidates should have 1–3 years of experience building and maintaining web applications.
• You must be comfortable working with Node.js, Vue.js, and ideally PostgreSQL or similar technologies.
• Familiarity with Next.js, TypeScript, or DevOps basics is a bonus.
• Excellent written English and customer communication skills are required.
• You should be calm under pressure, able to assess and escalate issues with clarity and speed.
• The ideal candidate is self-directed, curious, and eager to contribute across multiple projects.
• A passion for startups, experimentation, and building things from the ground up is essential.
