Remote Junior Fullstack Developer 2.0 (PHP + React + Cursor/Windsurf)

• Your tasks will include participating in creating IT solutions from start to finish, developing web applications (new features, bug fixing, refactoring), participating in designing the architecture of new solutions and development infrastructure, participating in code reviews, ensuring the quality of created solutions, continuously raising development process standards, closely collaborating with the team (Devs, PMs/POs, QAs), and maintaining high programming quality and delivery pace (individually and as a team).

Requirements:

• You must have solid foundations in programming knowledge; for Juniors, this means at least a completed degree (bachelor's/engineer's) in computer science or related fields, or at least 2 years of commercial experience working with PHP and React.js.
• You should have the willingness and ability to learn very quickly and understand complex technical aspects of solutions.
• You must be skilled in using modern AI tools in programming (like Cursor/Windsurf - GitHub Copilot is not "good enough"). You do not need prior experience, but you must understand the paradigm and have practiced it.
• You should have practical knowledge of design patterns and good programming practices (SOLID, KISS, DRY, etc.).
• You must be proficient in working with version control systems, such as Git.
• You need to demonstrate ownership, independence, and responsibility for assigned tasks.
• You should be accurate and diligent in your work (both individually and in a team).
• You must have fluent knowledge of the Polish language.
