  • The role involves building, maintaining, and improving marketing web pages and digital experiences to ensure they are visually appealing, load quickly, and convert visitors into customers.
  • Responsibilities include evolving Vention’s marketing website, developing and optimizing web pages, building responsive interfaces using React and Next.js, and managing form integrations with Hubspot.
  • The developer will collaborate with designers and marketers to test and launch new templates and features, optimize pages for performance and SEO, troubleshoot bugs, and stay updated on web trends.

Requirements:

  • Candidates should have 0–2 years of web development experience, including internships, co-ops, or personal projects.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is required, along with a working knowledge of front-end development best practices.
  • An interest in user-centric design and marketing is essential, as well as familiarity with SEO basics and analytics tools like Google Analytics.
  • Strong collaboration skills are necessary to work effectively with designers, marketers, and technical teams.
  • Critical thinking, adaptability, and a drive to learn in a fast-paced environment are important traits.
  • Excellent communication skills in both French and English are required.
