Praxent is seeking a Senior Software Engineer with expertise in Angular and .NET for a remote position available to candidates in Mexico, El Salvador, or Colombia.
The role involves enhancing the team's capacity to deliver assigned stories by the end of the sprint.
Responsibilities include developing software features, addressing defects and enhancement requests, and participating in Agile delivery.
The engineer will demonstrate competency in building user interfaces, REST APIs, and administering databases/cloud/servers.
Daily activities include ensuring the team understands acceptance criteria, tracking progress, and finding opportunities to increase capacity and velocity.
The position requires collaboration with client stakeholders during sprint planning and effective communication of technical approaches.
Requirements:
Candidates must have demonstrable experience with at least two of the following: building attractive user interfaces, building data-driven REST APIs, and administering databases/cloud/servers.
A minimum of 5-8 years of professional experience in relevant technology and projects is required, including adherence to best practices and experience with DevOps.
Experience in building .NET applications and expertise in designing and implementing server-side applications using ASP.NET Core and C# is essential.
Candidates should have experience in building interactive user interfaces using Angular.JS and integrating front-end and back-end components.
Experience collaborating with client stakeholders during sprint planning and documenting technical approaches is necessary.
A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience is preferred.
