The Lead AI Engineer position is a technical leadership role based in Japan, allowing for remote work from anywhere in the country.

Requirements:
A Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
Candidates must have 4–6 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, including real-world deployment experience.
Strong proficiency in Python and familiarity with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn is essential.
A solid understanding of the end-to-end ML lifecycle, including data pipelines, training, validation, and monitoring, is necessary.
Experience in applied AI domains such as recommendation systems, fraud detection, risk analysis, and natural language processing is required.
Proven experience in technical leadership and mentoring engineers is a must.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential for this role.
Candidates must reside in Japan and be willing to work remotely with regional teams.
