Key responsibilities include designing, training, and deploying production-grade machine learning models, collaborating with product and engineering teams, leading technical decision-making, and managing the full model lifecycle.
You will also guide junior engineers, drive the hiring process, champion best practices in AI development, and stay updated on advancements in the field.
Requirements:
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
Candidates should have 4–6 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a proven track record of deploying models in production.
Strong proficiency in Python and extensive experience with machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Scikit-learn is essential.
A solid understanding of machine learning lifecycles, including data pipelines, feature engineering, tuning, deployment, and monitoring, is necessary.
Real-world experience in building AI systems in areas like recommendation systems, natural language processing, or risk modeling is required.
Experience in mentoring junior engineers and collaborating across teams is important.
Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
