Requirements:

• Deep practical knowledge of the modern AI engineering stack, including RAG, vector databases, prompt engineering, fine-tuning techniques, and evaluation frameworks, is required.
• The ability to balance cutting-edge research with production reliability and scalability is necessary.
• Expertise in Software Engineering & Systems Design, particularly in Python and scalable services, is required.
• Alternatively, a comprehensive background in Machine Learning Engineering & Research, with experience in ML frameworks like PyTorch and TensorFlow, is also acceptable.
• Bonus points for experience with LLM orchestration frameworks, agentic system design, human-in-the-loop systems, synthetic data, and robust monitoring for AI/ML systems.
