The Lead BI Analyst will deliver actionable business intelligence and strategic insights to drive revenue and margin growth across Launch Potato’s digital properties.
The role includes cleaning, standardizing, and documenting stakeholder-facing dashboards in Looker within the first 60 days.
The analyst will identify and resolve at least five inconsistencies in reporting logic within the first 90 days.
The position requires partnering with FP&A and product teams to ensure alignment between financial and operational data by the end of the second quarter.
The analyst will deliver ad hoc strategic analyses with clear recommendations, averaging one per month.
The role involves leading improvements to at least two core Looker Explores or dashboard structures to enable scalable self-service by the end of H1.
Requirements:
Candidates must have experience in BI, analytics, or marketing/data science roles with digital marketing exposure.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in business intelligence or analytics in digital media or performance marketing is required.
Proficiency in advanced SQL and Looker is essential.
Strong business acumen and cross-functional communication skills are necessary for this position.
Benefits:
The base salary for this position ranges from $110,000 to $150,000 per year, paid semi-monthly.
The compensation package includes a profit-sharing bonus and competitive benefits.
Future salary increases will be based on company and personal performance rather than annual cost of living adjustments.
