Requirements:

  • Candidates must have 10+ years of professional experience in data engineering, with experience on high-volume data platforms.
  • A minimum of 3 years leading data engineering teams in cloud-native environments is required.
  • Deep expertise in modern data stack technologies, particularly AWS data services, Redshift, dbt, orchestration tools like Airflow and Dagster, Python, and SQL is essential.
  • A strong track record of designing and implementing data platforms is necessary.
  • Experience mentoring junior engineers and enhancing team capabilities through documentation and knowledge sharing is required.
  • Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders are essential.
  • Experience managing cloud-based data platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) is required.
