  • Expertise in dimensional modeling, OLAP schema design, and columnar data stores such as ClickHouse and Druid is necessary.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with Python for pipeline development and data manipulation are essential.
  • Familiarity with event-driven systems, stream processing tools (Kafka, Flink, Spark Streaming), and real-time analytics is required.
  • Experience with ETL orchestration tools (e.g., Dagster, Airflow), AWS cloud services, and PostgreSQL is needed.
  • Knowledge of time-series data practices, particularly in IoT or energy-related domains, is a plus.
  • Bonus points for experience in BMS/HVAC data systems, data observability, cataloging, and MLOps.
  • Proven leadership skills, team mentorship, and a strong track record of collaborative delivery are essential.
