Requirements:
Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in data science, customer analytics, or marketing analytics, preferably in gaming, e-commerce, or subscription-based businesses.
A strong foundation in statistical modeling and causal inference is required, with the ability to adapt to new tools and methodologies.
Proficiency in SQL and Python is necessary, along with experience in modern machine learning frameworks.
Comfort with structured analytics and modern AI/ML approaches is essential, including experience in building churn prediction, LTV, and marketing mix models.
Candidates should demonstrate the ability to abstract specific challenges into generalizable problems and develop solutions using cross-disciplinary tools.
Strong communication skills are required to translate complex data into actionable insights for various stakeholders.
