Requirements:

  • Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in Developer Productivity, DevOps, or Tooling Engineering roles.
  • A deep understanding of Jenkins pipelines (Groovy) and GitHub Actions or equivalent systems is required.
  • Proficiency in Groovy for Jenkins pipelines is necessary, and familiarity with Node.js is a plus.
  • Strong experience with Docker, Docker-in-Docker, and Kubernetes is essential.
  • Experience in tracking and reporting developer productivity metrics, including build time and DORA metrics, is required.
  • Hands-on experience with SonarQube, Jfrog Artifactory/Artifact Registry, and their integration into CI/CD workflows is needed.
  • Candidates should be comfortable with scripting for automation, preferably in Bash or Python.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate closely with developers, QA, and platform teams are essential.
