Description:

  • You will be responsible for leading the technical implementation and quality assurance of omnichannel campaigns across Email, SMS, and other channels using Adobe Experience Cloud tools such as ACM and AJO.
  • You will design, build, and test customer journeys in Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), manage audience segmentation in Adobe CDP, and support execution through Adobe Campaign Manager (ACM).
  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery, from content personalization to metadata configuration and campaign QA.
  • You are a hands-on campaign technologist with a strong eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality customer experiences.
  • You will bridge strategy and execution by developing personalized, timely, and error-free experiences that align with customer journeys and marketing goals.
  • Your work will directly drive campaign performance, enhance customer engagement, and ensure delivery accuracy and compliance within regulated environments.

Requirements:

  • You must have 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, campaign operations, or web/email development.
  • You need hands-on experience with Adobe Campaign Manager (ACM) and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
  • Proficiency in building omnichannel journeys across Email, SMS, and web is required.
  • You should have expertise in responsive HTML and dynamic, modular email development.
  • Strong QA skills for journeys, assets, metadata, and personalization rules are necessary.
  • Familiarity with Adobe CDP for audience creation, activation, and maintenance is expected.
  • You must understand metadata tagging, delivery codes, and experience tracking.
  • Experience in campaign troubleshooting, asset deployment, and journey optimization is essential.
  • You should be skilled in JavaScript, CSS, and dynamic content setup for email and web.
  • You must be capable of managing campaign briefs, preparing QA audit checklists, and validating assets prior to launch.
  • Experience running status calls, working through platforms like Workfront or RMS, and coordinating with cross-functional teams is required.
  • Proven ability to analyze and report on campaign performance metrics is necessary.
  • Experience working in or supporting highly regulated industries (healthcare/pharma preferred) is a must.
  • You must be based in the United States or authorized to work in the U.S.
