Remote Lead Front-End Developer

Requirements:

• You must have 3+ years of experience as a Lead Developer, Department Lead, or Team Lead.
• You should have 6+ years of hands-on experience in front-end development.
• A minimum of 4+ years of commercial React experience is required.
• Experience with Redux Toolkit, including RTK Query, is necessary.
• You should have experience with WebSockets and Server-Sent Events (SSE).
• At least 1+ year of experience working with AWS (S3, CloudFront, etc.) is required.
• You must have 1+ year of commercial experience integrating payment systems like Stripe or Solidgate.
• A solid understanding of scalable and reliable system design is essential.
• Strong experience with Git and complex workflows is required.
• You should be able to think strategically and deliver in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Clean, readable, and efficient code writing skills are necessary.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills are required.
• Strong communication and leadership skills are essential.
