A thoughtful approach to performance, accessibility, and scalable design patterns is essential.
Experience creating custom React Hooks, design token systems, and theming is necessary.
Candidates must be comfortable working closely with designers and product managers.
An ability to guide and mentor other engineers is important, with technical leadership experience being a plus.
